Locums Opportunity in Geriatrics
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine physician with preference for geriatric experience to provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a nursing home setting
- Conduct admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, and 30-day evaluations
- Manage a patient load of 8-12 patients per day
- Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and MDs
**Requirements:**
- Board certification in Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- BLS certification
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (with flexibility to consider Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm)
- Negotiable on-call schedule
