About the Role
- Clinical Practice: You will practice clinically at our designated facility, covering emergencies and providing high-quality patient care.
- Leadership Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of leadership experience, demonstrating their ability to lead a team and make informed decisions.
- Qualifications: You must be board-certified in OBGYN, hold a current or in-process Delaware license to practice, and possess active and current skills in the full breadth of the OBGYN specialty.
As our Medical Director, you will also oversee 6-8, 24-hour in-house shifts per month, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care around the clock. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
