July 21 - July 27 September 1 - September 7 October 1 - October 5 October 27 - November 2 November 10 - November 16 December 8 - December 14 December 22 - December 28 Shifts are : 7a - 7a -, provider will be in house 7a - 5 / 6p and then on call after hours Facility will also consider a candidate who is a general neurologist with experience treating cognitive and memory disorders Provider will be joining a multi-disciplinary team consisting of 1 APP, 2 neuropsychologists, 1 social worker, and support staff The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Neuroscience experience Will see around 6 patients per day 100% outpatient office visits, new patient consults and follow-ups EMR : Epic Board Certified Required Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
