Start month (with credentialing) : May 2025
Shift hours : 8 am - 5 pm (no call)
Practice Setting : Inpatient rounding, admitting, consulting
Patient Population for Required Coverage : Inpatient Oncology unit - both oncology and hematology patients
Support staff - Do APPs Provide Coverage : No, although outpatient Oncologists are available for any support or questions
Inpatient coverage
Locum will not be responsible for supervising other health care providers
Documentation System / EMR : EPIC
Locum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication
90-day credentialing timeframe
Board Certified Medical Oncology OR Medical Oncology / Hematology - Required (can no longer consider IM with experience)
ID license in hand - Required
CSR, DEA, BLS- Required
Clean background / malpractice - Required
Local - Highly Preferred
Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - Required
