Job Summary:
This is a part-time locum opportunity requiring the provider to work up to 20 days per month from June 2025 to October 2025. The schedule will involve working a mix of day and night shifts, including some on-call time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient care to pediatric patients in the hospital's 10-bed med/surg unit.
- Cover emergency room calls and respond to nursery deliveries.
- Assume responsibility for patient care when the full-time pediatrician is unavailable.
Requirements:
- Active VA medical license.
- PALS and NRP certifications.
- Sufficient case logs for circumcision procedures within the past two years.
