Start : ASAP
Length of Need : Ongoing vacation coverage
Coverage Dates Needed : 18 weeks of PTO coverage for the year
Shifts : Monday through Friday, 8a - 5p
Call Hours : 5a - 5 p
No weekends
Minimum number of shifts per month per candidate : 5
Percentage of modality split : 80% DX / 20% IR
Daily DX Volume : 202 cases per 24 hrs
Daily IR Volume : 8 IR cases per 24 hrs
Beds in Facility : 288
EMR : Meditech
Voice Recognition and PACS : Connect
RVU Expectations : 6 per hour
Required Procedures :
Lumbar Puncture
Joint injection
Ct Guided Biopsies
Chest Tubes
Myelograms
Embolizations
Other IR Procedures
Active FL License - Required
Board Certified - Required
Orientation Requirements : Will set up for first shift. Will need orientation at each new site
Fellowship Requirements if any : IR Fellowship
Will need to perform all areas of interventional radiology and read diagnostic studies in between interventional radiology procedures
