October 3-4, resuming call on Saturday at 6pm
October 26-30, resuming call on 10 / 31 at 7am
December 4 - 10, resuming call on 12 / 11 at 7am
December 25 7a - 12 / 30 7a
Vacation coverage for solo surgeon supporting 100% coverage for Hospital
24-hour call
Patient Volume : 5
Support Staff : NP
Board Certified CABG
EMR : eCW
