At least 7-10 days coverage per month starting in January (1 / 25 - 2 / 2)
One week coverage every month for the next five months
Cover clinic practice from existing provider while he is away
Cover ED and unassigned call as well
Facility will accept multiple providers
Admissions Required
Hospital Stroke Certified
Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required
Active AR License - Required
Fellowship Preferred
ACLS, BLS Required
Trauma Level IV
EMR : Cerner
