Your Role:
- Lead and develop a team of executive search consultants, providing mentorship and strategic guidance.
- Manage high-value relationships with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 clients.
- Oversee end-to-end executive search processes, from business development to placement.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding key client partnerships and securing new business.
- Act as a thought leader, providing market insights and executive talent advisory services.
Who You Are:
✔ Proven Experience in Executive Search or High-End Recruitment – 5 years of success in a 360 role.
✔ Leadership & Business Development Expertise – Strong ability to manage and grow a high-performing team.
