Position Description

The recteq Channel Marketing Manager will lead the coordination and execution of retail marketing strategies and programs to expand market reach and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include managing in-store and B2B marketing materials, coordinating communication for promotions and sales programs, optimizing partner onboarding and training, and ensuring alignment between recteq's goals and channel efforts. The manager will be asked work across the customer development, marketing, operations and product teams, coordinating retail initiatives and troubleshooting product / inventory complexities.

This role requires experience in a retail / channel marketing role and will report directly to the VP of Marketing. This position can can be based in Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid) or in Evans, Georgia (onsite). Role will require approximately 10% travel, including attending retail events in domestic U.S. and team building functions at recteq Evans, GA HQ.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own B2B collateral process, managing asset development, distribution and inventory
  • Facilitate asset development between customer development and brand / design teams
  • Manage promotion and new product communication with key retailer contacts
  • Coordinate retail event calendar, logistics and event promotion
  • Organize marketing asset development and execution for all major retailer sales conventions
  • Develop deep understanding of hardware channel dynamics to improve recteq execution
  • Research competitor activities, pricing and retail industry trends
  • Create and regularly refresh retailer training materials
  • Manage trade show booth creative, design and properties
  • Serve as a liaison between product, supply chain, marketing, customer service, and customer development teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in retail or channel marketing roles
  • Proven success in coordinating retail marketing programs and events
  • Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Slack, Outlook, Teams
  • Understanding of retail point of sale dynamics
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and become trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
