Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and services to residents in accordance with physician’s orders and care plans.
- Must follow facility policy and procedures and follow them accordingly.
- Must prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician for assigned residents.
- Supervise CNAs assigned to residents under your care.
- Assess and communicate all resident condition changes to Director of Nursing and Physicians.

- Utilizing your core skills in resident assessment, medication administration, and other duties to develop and implement effective care plans.
