Pioneering transformative & innovative portfolio management process, the seniorportfolio manager role will be tasked with maximizing the full business potential ofoperational performance, project execution, alliance management and portfoliodelivery of Recursion’s assets supporting our strategic corporate goals. All of our innovation is driven by people and highly talented multi-disciplinary teams that work collaboratively to solve real-world drug discovery problems. Following partnerships with many leading pharmaceutical companies, we have a robust and rapidly expanding portfolio of projects. Both the science itself and the way that we deliver it are paradigm-shifting and new to investors, industry veterans, and the public at large.
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, your challenge will be to distill and communicate thepotential and the achievements of our design philosophy, our breakthroughtechnology and our discovery achievements and share with the world howRecursion is re-inventing the drug discovery process.
Please Note : This position is located in the Hudson Yards area of New York City. This will be a contract role.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Deliver upon our mission, which is to change the way the world makesmedicines. You will achieve this by collaborating with cross-functional teams,including data scientists, ML engineers, chemists and biologists,automation specialists, and sharing our achievements with the world throughmarketing and comms channels.
- Work at the forefront of drug discovery, using your communication skills toshare the achievements of Recursion with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in a collaborative and supportive agile team environment, working witha diverse range of colleagues.
- Keep teams supported through project management support and be able and willing to deploy your time and resources across multiple teams in parallel.
- Manage portfolio budget and resource plan in collaboration with Finance, Discovery / Tech, governance committees, and functional heads. Ensurediligent recording of actuals, consumables and financial data, and assemble forecast & cash flow projections modelling reflectingScientific leadership’s decision.
