• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
• Assist with cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Engage in outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements
