What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate - Nightly Trash Pickup position at Recycle NOW?
Job Description: Under the general supervision of the Regional Supervisor the Operations Associate will
be responsible for full time direct assistance with the operations of Recycle NOW. Specifically, the
Operations Associate will be responsible for filling in and covering properties at night, performing site
inspections to ensure collection is happening reliably each night, training team members at night to perform
the collection, and being on call in the mornings to check on and collect from any sites that may have
experience a customer opportunity.
Schedule: Approximately 8pm to 2am, Sunday through Thursday.
Compensation:
● $30,000 in annual salary, full medical benefits paid by Recycle NOW, transportation and smartphone stipends, retirement matching, and 8 days of PTO
