Construction Project Lead
Recycle WV is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage our major construction and hard surfacing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, and project coordination. Experience in the metals recycling industry is preferred.

Recycle WV is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage our major construction and hard surfacing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, and project coordination. Experience in the metals recycling industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects in multiple locations, each with a value of $50K to $10M at various stages of conception, design and build.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including permitting, environmental review, design and engineering, budgeting, scheduling, contract bidding and negotiation, site preparation, construction, testing and quality assurance, inspection and handover to operations.
- Coordinate hands-on, onsite management of electrical, metal fabrication, control systems, concrete, engineering, environmental, welding and general construction and other contractors required to complete project activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during design and build phases and manage employee and contractor safety programs.
