Project Management Role
The Director of Project Management will be responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of major construction and hard surfacing projects. This position requires experience in project coordination, construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, and project leadership. Experience in the metals recycling space is preferred.

The Director of Project Management will be responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of major construction and hard surfacing projects. This position requires experience in project coordination, construction management, civil or mechanical engineering, and project leadership. Experience in the metals recycling space is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent projects throughout the full lifecycle from initiation through completion and handover to operations.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects in multiple locations; each project with a value of $50K to $10M at various stages of conception, design and build.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including permitting, environmental review, design and engineering, budgeting, scheduling, contract bidding and negotiation, site preparation, construction, testing and quality assurance, inspection and handover to operations.
- Coordinate hands-on, onsite management of electrical, metal fabrication, control systems, concrete, engineering, environmental, welding and general construction and other contractors required to complete project activities.
