Job Overview
Recycle WV is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects across various locations, each with a value of $50K to $10M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including permitting, environmental review, design and engineering, budgeting, scheduling, contract bidding and negotiation, site preparation, construction, testing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on large civil or industrial construction projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in complete responsibility for managing construction projects as an on-site project manager.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
