Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guillotine Operator to join our team. The Guillotine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the guillotine machine to cut various materials accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the guillotine machine to cut materials according to specifications
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance
- Package and label cut materials for further processing or shipment
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Skills
- Experience in operating guillotine machines or similar equipment
- Proficiency in materials handling and packaging
- Knowledge of forklift operation for material movement
- Understanding of quality control procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment if required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
