Description
Red5 is looking for a temporary office assistant available to work 10-15 hours per week.
Primary Goal: The primary goal(s) of this position is to help support the Administrative Operations team by covering duties such as front desk reception and support Office Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the front reception area;
- Monitor the conference room areas, ensuring it is always clean, stocked and ready to use.
- Help with the purchase of office supplies and any Exec approved employee purchase requests.
- Plan and support organizing office events as needed.
- Provide assistance to the Executive team members, as requested;
- Assist in preparation of expense reports including receipt collection and scanning;
- Format and prepare non-sensitive documents;
- Assist in coordination of catering for meetings including pick up;
- Sort, distribute and ship company mail;
- Perform general filing;
- Restocking office and kitchen supplies; and
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communications (both written and oral) skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; as well as Mac OS; and
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- At least 6 months of office experience preferred
