The Telecommunications Sales Agent is an important part of the daily interactions and operations throughout the company. The Telecommunications Sales Agent will work with customers closely to advise them on products and services that best fit their daily technology lives and needs. Our company understands that not all products and services are for everyone so it is important that our Telecommunications Sales Agent have a full understanding and knowledge of all products offered to be able to present the right ones for our customers.
Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Sales Agent include:
- Engaging directly with prospective customers, providing education on our client's telecommunication products and services to increase service awareness
- Stay current on all technology products and service to be able to properly sell to customers
- Take present in the customers full sale cycle
- Utilize company-provided tools and systems to accurately document, track, and follow up on sales activities, ensuring a seamless transaction process and contributing to successful closings
- Represent the client's brand professionally, delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and trust
- Our Telecommunications Sales Agent participates in resourceful training on customer inquiries, requests and concerns to increase profitable sales margins
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Client's brand, products, and services to personalize sales solutions and meet individual customer needs
Qualifications for the Telecommunications Sales Agent Role:
- A high school diploma is preferred but not required
- Experience in sales, retail, brand management, or hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- A motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets
- Open to feedback and able to apply suggestions quickly and effectively
- Outgoing, solution-minded individual who can work well independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrate the ability to speak with customers confidently and understand their needs
