Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, whether in our fine dining establishment, bustling nightclub, or during catered events.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide them with menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using cash register systems.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events or catering functions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests feel valued and well cared for throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills with proficiency in using cash registers.
• Excellent math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering operations is advantageous but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
