PORTER/HANDYMAN
Luxury Property management company is seeking an experienced Porter/Handyman for its residential property in the Downtown Brooklyn Area. We are looking for an experienced and professional Porter/Handyman to join our team. Candidate should be outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and work well under pressure.
Duties and Requirements:
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned building.
- Responsible for reporting any problems to Superintendent or Management, which includes but not limited to tenants concerns about condition of building.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs.
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
- Maintains areas for debris and cleanliness.
- Follows all established procedures set by management.
- Communicates effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Applicant must possess strong inter-personal skills as this position requires interactions with residents and personnel.
- Previous experience working in residential or luxury building is helpful but not required.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in the English language.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
