- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about the course
- Sales: Sell merchandise, explain products and services, and promote upcoming events
- Reservations: Manage reservations, assign tee times, and coordinate groups
- Tournament activities: Help coordinate tournaments, collect entry fees, and record scores
- Inventory: Maintain inventory records, arrange merchandise, and stock shelves
- Cash register: Operate the cash register, collect fees, and reconcile sales
- Cleaning: Keep the pro shop clean, including the rental equipment and stock rooms
- Course flow: Position groups to avoid congestion and ensure guests follow the rules
- Opening and closing: Ensure the pro shop is opened and closed properly, including the cash register, and reports
