RAS will be maintaining and improving on our customer's current system and providing services and expertise to modernize using the latest cloud technologies.
The Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) will facilitate the transition and retirement of duplicative and legacy data services and provide an automated, modernized, enterprise data platform within a secure environment. EDP will enable our customer to expose its data to a wider audience through a zero-trust based, data centric architecture and a robust data governance policy / implementation approach, freeing data from data silos and allowing more users to gain valuable insights from customer data assets.
Position Overview :
The Software Engineer will provide technical expertise for design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis. Develop relational and / or Object-Oriented databases, database parser software, and database loading software. Project long-range requirements for database administration and design. Responsible for developing a a structure that fits into the overall architecture of the system under development.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- 20 years of experience or 16 years bachelors degree or 14 years masters degree.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
- Experience with Oracle products and tools such as Apex, Golden Gate, and Data Guard
- Older version experience with Oracle is acceptable
