What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architecture / Architectural Designer position at Red Architecture, LLC?
We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join our team ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop approaches to facilitate the creation and modification of architectural documents, ensuring the incorporation of design intent.
- Understand and translate design intent into technical documents.
- Ensure that documentation for all project phases conforms to quality assurance/quality control and Best Practice Standards.
- Apply proper quality assurance/quality control protocols.
- Develop strong presentations and early design studies. Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and build models for client/project team review.
- Assure document standards are followed, including file management processes, naming conventions, archiving, timesheet completion, etc.
- Foster a commitment to external and internal client service.
- Develop, modify, and/or review drawings according to established standards.
- Assist in coordination of client, consultant, and contractor project information.
- Conduct product and code research and incorporate codes into technical documents.
- Facilitate internal and external communications.
- Track all project data in electronic files.
- Mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff and may participate in professional development reviews.
- Have regular interface with clients and consultants.
- Plan work and scheduling processes.
- Perform surveys/premises assessments.
- Keep up to date on latest developments and advancements in architectural technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- May manage construction administration and document management.
- May set up project team software parameters and management of standards.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience preferred.
- • 5 to 8 years of experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required.
- • Enthusiastic team player and productive self-driven professional.
- • Must have great time management skills.
- • Must be able to function in an office environment with extended periods of computer use.
- • May require travel and overnight visits and must be able to climb ladders.
- • Overtime may be required.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
