Bakery Associate - Sanitation

Summary

The sanitation associate will work in the early evenings ensuring the facilities and equipment and properly cleaned and maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sanitation

• In depth understanding of all sanitation procedures
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation procedures
• Maintain the documentation of each days cleaning activity
• Review the quality of plant sanitation

Education and Experience

A level of mechanical aptitude

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid driver's license and be insurable

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.). Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
