At Red Barn Service, we are seeking a skilled Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our installations.
Job Summary
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include maintaining a clean work environment, providing assistance to onsite tradespeople, and transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
- Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as HVAC Techs and Electricians
- Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities may include operating power tools and/or industrial equipment, setting up cones and warning signs to increase visibility, constructing, transferring, and tearing down temporary structures such as scaffolding, and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require the ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination are also essential.
You should have knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery, and be able to adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record are necessary, as is the ability to pass a drug screen and a background check upon hire.
