Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other hazardous products. They will also provide assistance to onsite tradespeople, transport materials and equipment, operate power tools and industrial equipment, set up cones and warning signs, construct and tear down temporary structures, and report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
A strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations are essential qualities for this role. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
