We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Install Technician to join our team at Red Barn Service LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting worksite operations through manual labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Install Technician, you will be responsible for providing assistance to onsite tradespeople, including HVAC Techs and Electricians. You will also transport materials and equipment from one location to another, and maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and excess building materials.
Additional responsibilities may include operating power tools and/or industrial equipment, setting up cones and warning signs to increase visibility, constructing, transferring, and tearing down temporary structures such as scaffolding, and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is also beneficial, as is the ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are necessary, as is the ability to pass a drug screen and a background check upon hire.
