Role Overview
Full time Check-In Clerk/Trailer Inspector is needed to join our Team immediately! Training can take anywhere between 1-2 months.

Some knowledge of tractor-trailers and Microsoft Office will be helpful to do this job. Key Responsibilities:

• Rigorously follow safety guidelines, conduct thorough vehicle inspections, and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the team, report any yard issues promptly, and provide comprehensive shift change briefings.
• Perform inspections on all trailers that enter the facility
• Be ready to respond to emergencies following established protocols.
• Engage in training programs, attend safety meetings, and complete all mandatory training sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness in the operational areas, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
• Strictly adhere to company policies, including the Standards of Conduct, Drug & Alcohol, Equal Opportunity (EO), and Sexual Harassment policies. Comply with the no-smoking policy.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform duties in various conditions

Compensation:

• $17 - $18hr OT after 40
• 36/48 hr rotating schedule
• rotating weekends off
• Holiday pay, Vacation pay and Premium Insurance

Schedule:
Day shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. (Schedule can be flexible during training) Speak with Ops Manager about what shift is available. Torey Anderson (901) 410-7408
