What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Host/Hostess position at Red Bowl Asian Bistro - Lexington?
Salary: $11.00-$15.00 an hour Tips.
Duties:
-Always greet and seat guests with high quality customer service and hospitality.
-Manage to take to-go orders and online orders.
-Double checking orders when the costumers arrive for pick up and take payment.
-Properly greet and seat customer according to standards and procedures
-Maintain an efficient wait-list through prompt seating
-Always smile & acknowledge coming and going guests
-Make sure the all the tables are clean and properly set up and help clean tables when need it.
-Roll silverware when need it.
-Wipe down window and doors and wait station.
-Check, clean and restock front station and restroom.
