Job Description
CENTRAL BILLING
Act as IT service owner for Central Billing, our solution to link distribution and customers
Verify and ensure data processing within SAP agency business
Deep understanding of OTC process
Ensure data communication with external partner over SAP PO
Act as IT specialist on master data management within SAP ERP / S/4
Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data
Manage enhancements and provide expertise on data availability
Provide expertise in non SAP UI integrations
BUSINESS PROCESSES
Act as a IT subject matter expert for SAP SD related questions raised from Red Bull Finance applications and Finance team
Understand integration and data flow between SAP SD and SAP FI module Partner with business to create / validate new requirements and support alignment processes
Evaluate solutions to steadily improve existing processes
DATA INTEGRATION / EDI
Drive integration of new partners via EDI
Collaborate with EDI team to establish connections
Detailed understanding of iDoc processing and EDI related standards, specifications
Monitor and troubleshoot existing idoc and AIF processes
Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data
PROJECT DELIVERY
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements
Provide expertise on central billing and its components
Improve User Experience and keep solution up to date from a technical perspective
Collaborate with architects, functional specialists and developers during design, implementation, testing and go live. Drive close alignment with Planning and Reporting team.
Improve project outcome by driving testing cycles and creation of detailed technical documentation
SUPPORT
Provide guidance regarding system support for business functions
Troubleshoot issues linked to applications for our central billing and SD related processes
Provide documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement, lead initiatives arising from findings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or business
SAP certification beneficial
3+ years of experience in SAP ERP: Modules SAP SD
1+ years of experience in integration of IDOC processing/troubleshooting
Experience in S/4 plus SAP AIF experience is beneficial
In-depth knowledge of OTC processes and its integration into Finance
Strong understanding of SAP technical system architecture
Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Project Management skills Exposure to reporting within SAP BW beneficial
Salary : $128,000 - $142,000
