What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graduate Program, Category Insights and Space Planning position at Red Bull North America?
As the Category Space Graduate, you will help strengthen Red Bull's market presence by analyzing product distribution, optimizing shelf space, and enhancing placement with regional and national retailer partners. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Category Space and Assortment, you will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading analytics and space planning tools, including IRI, Hivery: Curate, MaxExperience, Blue Yonder, Demand-Based Clustering, and Cantactix. Additionally, you will develop technical expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI, providing you with the skills to extract, analyze, and visualize data to guide strategic decision-making. You will support and influence internal teams and retailers across the U.S., applying insights to optimize category space and assortment strategies.
- Proven excellence in academic pursuits
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (completed by July 2025)
- Relevant work or internship experience in category insights and planning is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
- Travel 0-10%
