- 5 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on managing creator relationships and executing campaigns
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale creator marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators and internal teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on insights
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
