What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialist, Field Marketing position at Red Bull North America?
Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in making Red Bull #1 in their region. The FMS acts as the face of Red Bull in their local market in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. The FMS is responsible for gathering key local insights by building strong networks with specific communities & playgrounds including key (local) creators. They give input to create and implement innovative marketing initiatives encompassing local needs and specificities in the four pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) and leveraging On Premise and Off Premise. The Field Marketing Specialist is based 'in the field,' managing a local team of Student Marketeers and brings the World of Red Bull to life on campus and in market, reaching new entry point consumers.
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Experience in leading teams and managing people
- Leadership, motivation and ability to cultivate a team environment.
- Analytical, planning, budgetary and project management competencies.
- Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
- Must have valid US driver's license
- Travel 10-20%
