What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Analytics position at Red Bull North America?
The Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Analytics (TPA) will report to the Director, Talent Data & Systems within the HR function. They are accountable for the strategy and execution of the TPA department, including headcount and personnel cost planning, workforce and people analytics, and the coaching & developing of a team of two direct reports.
- 7 years of quantitative work experience in HR analytics, workforce planning and/or financial analysis
- Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or I/O Psychology/Design preferred
- Experience leading teams in a business environment
- Experience leading projects and processes with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a global, matrixed organization a plus.
- Experience translating technical information for non-technical audiences, and telling stories with data
- Advanced-level Excel skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Experience with SAP HR, SAP BI, or Anaplan a plus
- Travel 0-10%
