What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Business Partner position at Red Bull North America?
The Talent (HR) Business Partner is responsible for proactively driving, supporting and executing HR initiatives within the On Premise Sales and Off Premise Sales (Category & Insights, Trade Marketing, Sales Processes) client groups. The Talent Business Partner's primary focus will be ensuring high performance and top talent across the client groups. The TBP will serve as the single point of contact for all people-related issues and will partner directly with assigned Leadership Teams to maximize engagement, retention, and performance. Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, we're looking for a professional with a track record of giving wings to managers and driving high performance within the organization.
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years of strategic partnership experience
- Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
- Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention
- Strong planning, budgetary and project management abilities
- Self-starter with creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and adapting national strategies at a local/regional level
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems
- Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, matrixed environment: a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
- Travel 10-20%
