Responsibilities
- Review & Investigate: Examine invoice packing lists for accuracy and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Process Invoices: Handle MMI and Non-MMI packets/invoices daily, avoiding backlogs or duplicates.
- Communicate Issues: Notify management of missing or duplicate purchase orders in the system.
- Backup for Return Credits: Support processing return credits as needed.
- Independent & Collaborative Work: Work independently while ensuring communication and coordination with management and other departments.
- Meet Deadlines: Perform quality work on time, with or without direct supervision.
- Proactive Improvement: Recommend process improvements and offer help with non-routine tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in receiving or inventory preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
