Supervises: Staff when Management is absent
Start Date: April 2025 (Flexible depending on the candidate)

Overview: We are a dynamic and fast-paced event rental and production company seeking a motivated and dependable Production Lead to join our team. This role requires an individual who is not only customer-focused and flexible but also capable of overseeing staff, interacting with clients, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. As the Production Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and our clients are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Lead and supervise staff on job sites and in our warehouse, ensuring they are performing tasks efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
• Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
• Event Setup/Breakdown: Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of rental items at event venues, ensuring everything is in place and meets client expectations.
• Driving & Transportation: Drive a box truck or similar vehicle to transport event rental equipment to and from job sites, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise on the job site, whether with staff, equipment, or clients.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed, and staff is trained on safety protocols.
• Equipment Management: Help with loading, unloading, and inspecting event rental equipment to ensure it is in excellent condition before and after events.
• Flexible Scheduling: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as events may occur outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event production, logistics, or a similar field (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; prior box truck driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, sometimes in challenging environments.
• Flexible and adaptable; willing to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wages, based on experience and qualifications, starting range between $23-$27 per hour.
