The Growth and Development Analyst for Law Enforcement will focus on expanding our business within DHS, DOS, DOJ, and other law enforcement agencies. This role includes opportunity identification, relationship building, and supporting capture activities to align solutions with agency needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities across DHS, DOS, DOJ, and other law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.
- Conduct detailed market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored capture strategies and win themes for law enforcement proposals.
- Establish and sustain relationships with agency officials, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide insights on emerging trends, funding priorities, and procurement vehicles within law enforcement agencies.
- Assist in the development of capture plans, compliance matrices, and technical solution outlines.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on growth activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in business development or market research, with a focus on law enforcement agencies.
- Knowledge of acquisition processes and procurement policies within DHS, DOS, DOJ, and other relevant agencies.
- Exceptional research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and proposal tools.
