- Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline, ensuring its alignment with emerging trends in the Federal Civilian market.
- Develop and implement capture strategies, including teaming arrangements and competitive analyses.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within Federal Civilian agencies.
- Provide insights into agency-specific missions, procurement trends, and funding priorities.
