Location : 8201 Greensboro Dr, Suite 500E, 5th Floor, McLean VA - 22102 (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Summary :

The Growth and Development Analyst for DoD will drive business development efforts to expand our footprint within DoD agencies. This role involves identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting capture and proposal activities to position the organization for success in this highly competitive sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities within DoD agencies (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.).
• Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline in alignment with organizational objectives and DoD procurement trends.
• Collaborate with capture managers to develop and execute win strategies tailored to DoD requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with DoD contracting officers, stakeholders, and teaming partners.
• Provide data-driven insights on market positioning, competitor analysis, and Price-to-Win (PTW) strategies.
• Support proposal development teams by contributing to technical solutions, past performance, and compliance matrices.
• Track legislative, policy, and budgetary changes that impact DoD funding and acquisition priorities.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for growth activities within the DoD portfolio.

Requirements :

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
