Job Title : Scrum Master
Summary :
The project is responsible for the USDA FSIS public website. This includes operations, maintenance, bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades to infrastructure (OS, DB, Drupal, cloud technologies etc.)
Responsibilities :
The Scrum Master must have the following qualifications :
- Active CSM certification through Scrum Alliance;
- Individuals in this position must have at least four years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Confidence working with staff that includes the highest levels of management;
- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners;
- Excellent facilitation and leadership skills; and
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, as well as written & verbal communication skills
