Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement playbooks to ensure consistent, efficient operations as the company scales, covering daily workflows, program execution, and client touchpoints.
- Process Development: Identify operational gaps and create scalable systems to drive efficiency and maintain service excellence across all programs and projects.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee relationships with subcontractors, maintaining the family-like culture while improving coordination, performance, and accountability.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to meet and exceed company goals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure an exceptional client experience by maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and program execution.
- Founder Enablement: Free up the founder to focus on sales and growth by taking full ownership of daily operations and strategic scaling efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Industry Experience: Background in hospitality, recreation, fitness, or related fields, with experience in managing complex operations at scale.
- Process Builder: Proven ability to create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
- Leadership: Strong track record of team leadership, relationship-building, and fostering collaboration in dynamic environments.
- Relationship Manager: Skilled at maintaining and nurturing trusted partnerships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and driving revenue growth through operational efficiency.
- Communication: Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action and inspire teams to execute at a high level.
