- Administrative functions
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Personal nursing care
- Food service, safety, and sanitation

- Minimum 10th-grade education
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed CNA in Colorado
- Proof of vaccination (including COVID-19) or valid exemption
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check
- Graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination within 120 days of employment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Mobility throughout the workday
- Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition
