About the Role
The Digital Connection Architect will play a pivotal role in connecting our company's technology to technology providers in the eCommerce space, enabling brands, third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shippers, seamless access to our delivery services and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integrations between our company's technology and eCommerce technology platforms, 3PL systems, WMS, shipping software providers, shopping carts, and carrier networks.
- Serve as the primary integration expert, supporting clients with API connections, data transmissions, shipping label generation, rate fetching, duty and tax calculation and tracking updates.
- Develop and execute integration strategies that drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting integration challenges and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, IT, and Customer Support to enhance integration capabilities and optimize partner relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating new technologies and opportunities to improve our integrations and technology offerings.
- Manage multiple integrations and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
