We are seeking an experienced System & Network Engineer to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and network solutions for multiple clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
System Administration :
Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.
Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user account management.
Network Administration :
Design, deploy, and manage LAN / WAN / VPN infrastructures.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti).
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues.
Client Support :
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for client escalations.
Assist clients with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Respond to and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
Backup & Security :
Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity.
