Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative assistance to the Project Managers and Estimators as well as communicating with current and prospective clients. The Construction Project Coordinator will aid the Project Managers and Estimators with their schedules as well as making follow-up calls, ordering materials, and updating client accounts. This employee will also be responsible for processing invoices and accounts receivable. The Construction Project Coordinator will assist clients by keeping an open line of communication throughout the course of a project. Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Provide a professional appearance and communication in all interactions.
- Establishes and maintains basic company documents such as contracts, work authorizations, and material order sheets.
- Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation.
- Works and corresponds with Project Managers, Clients/owners, subcontractors, vendors.
- Contract Management, Purchase Orders, Material Management.
- Must be detailed oriented, punctual, and work well within a team.
- Initiate tasks and execute accurately.
- Ability to administer several tasks independently and concurrently.
- Team player.
- Possess a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
