Duties

- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling and/or door knocking to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to optimize sales processes and improve performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in business development initiatives to explore new market opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, insurance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in general CRM software for effective account management.
- Ability to self motivate and work in sometimes tough conditions.
- Experience in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent inside sales skills, including cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Strong level of confidence and social skills to interact with strangers and turn them into customers.
