Overview
Join our Customer Care / Call Center team, and provide a great first impression to our customers by being their initial point of contact.
Help people by getting them started on the first steps in the home improvement process, assisting people to protect their homes and families.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Completing outbound phone calls
- Inside sales opportunities
- Scheduling appointments
- Entering data in our CRM software
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns
- Completing customer surveys
Our team is currently seeking someone motivated to learn and excel for our Call Center position. Prior customer service experience is necessary, and a sales mindset even better.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- This individual must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and a great team player!
- Must have a positive attitude and a desire to work hard and exceed expectations.
- Must successfully complete a background check
Preferred but not required
- Phone center experience
- Scheduling and appointment setting experience
- CRM software or other database software experience
The right candidate must work well in a fast paced environment, and remain organized. This individual must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Having great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create a positive experience for customers is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
